RENEWAL OR TERMINATION
For renewal of our services a letter of renewal is required one month prior to the expiry of our contract else the contract will automatically stand as continuous for a further period of one calendar year along with 10% enhancement of charges, in case of any queries/complaints/the same can be sorted our amicably across the table with mutual consent.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBLIITIES
All shortcomings and irregularities reported everyday will be taken on priority basis and prompt action will be initiated to rectify the same. All field officers will be in the position to handle one and all situations at any given time.
PAYMENT TO OUR PERSONNEL
No payment in kind of cash will be offered to our security Personnel deployed at your unit/s, we shall not be held responsible for any such payments made to our personnel in all manners, without any written instructions from our end.
PERSONNEL’S TURNOUT
All personnel’s deployed at your premises will be in proper uniforms. They will be well trained and disciplined with adequate qualifications. We do verify their character and antecedents before enrolment from appropriate authorities.
MANAGING OF EMPLOYEE:
You will not employ our personnel’s directly or indirectly without the written consent from our company, if found so, then the payment of compensation to equivalent to his two months’ salary inclusive of all taxes will be charged.
